The pool was incredible, the staff here was FRIENDLY. The view from our executive king suite was outstanding. Will be back, if in West Hollywood.
Nice location and very big room.
The service at the pool was poor.
Rooms were fantastic, pool was great and reception and Mary-Jane at pool were great.
The mini-bar / stocking and checking of cupboards was not good. I used the wine glasses on the first night. The were taken away in the morning and not replaced. Similarly I ate something from the mini-bar and expected it to be re-stocked the next day, but it wasn't restocked for two days.
Very spacious beautifully furnished rooms. I was really happy I chose this hotel as I had never heard of it and wasn't sure what to expect. A great staff and a very quiet location in the heart of it all!
Hotel is well located close to Sunset but in quiet area, rooms are very good size, comfortable and clean.
Only bad remark is air conditioning - is like in some highway motel old and noisy. We stayed 5 nights and you get used to it.
Fantastic standard in ideal location for all sites we wanted to visit. Option to pay extra to check inearly which was great due to our early flight.
Location, Staff, nice rooms.
no insolation, yiu could hear the others above you.small lobby. the lift opens in the kitchen.
Location is good if you are looking for nightlife or shopping, room is big and stuff are helpful.
Breakfast and parking are expensive (30-40$ each per night), far away from Disneyland and from beaches.
Lobby and corridors are so cheepy and poor.
Loved the design/decor of this hotel - Kelly Werstler is one of my favorite designers. Also loved the rooftop pool, the down-to-earth friendly staff (not snooty!). Loved our 80s Retro room! The parking garage is one of the most glamorous I've ever seen! Nice restaurant and patio dining. The management was very easy to work with as we were doing a photo shoot at the hotel.
There seems to be a current trend of hiding the mini fridge in the hotel rooms. Hotels need to offer some guidance on how to find everything in the room. There needed to be more room allowed for the shower/toilet area.
Rooftop pool, bistro, well designed, excellent location
The design is awesome, rooms are spacy and clean. Best choice in Hollywood and Beverly Hills.
The style was different but I liked it. I ordered a taxi came down and the taxi left and I had to wait 15 minutes for another taxi. Didn't get a sorry from staff. Had to let them know taxi left. Never came out to check on me.I was just standing around. Weird. Also was charged too much on bill for water and chips. Weird. Bar is only opened at 7:00. Why? People like to get a drink before going out. I order drink in room cost me 10 plus 4 to deliver and tip 3. That's almost 50% of bill. Not good. Lastly when I first went to room the fireplace was not working and a lamp was out. Should this not be checked before room is occupied? Lastly, went to get cashout of instant teller machine and it was broken. Why? I had called down and was told it was working.too many things happened in 24 hours.
friendly and helpful staff
supposedly design-conscious, but furniture has damage.
Spacious room size
The noise that was coming out of the bathroom like a air conditioning unit It was loud at night Also the darkness of the room And the old air con unit near the window was also loud
